Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ryok Cloud ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform.

These terms apply to all users, visitors, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Services Provided

Ryok Cloud provides cloud-based hosting infrastructure for Discord bots built with Python (discord.py) and JavaScript (discord.js, discord.fixed.js). Our services include:

Ryok Cloud is a hosting platform only. We are not responsible for the functionality, content, or behaviour of bots hosted on our infrastructure. Bot owners bear full responsibility for their applications.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Ryok Cloud only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You are solely responsible for all content, code, and activity that occurs under your account.

You must ensure your bot complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction as well as in the jurisdictions where your bot operates.

Prohibited & Illegal Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Ryok Cloud. Violation of any of these will result in immediate account termination, potential reporting to relevant authorities, and no refund of any fees paid.

Illegal Activities — Zero Tolerance
  • Hosting bots designed for phishing, credential harvesting, or social engineering attacks
  • Running malware, ransomware, trojans, or any malicious code
  • Conducting or facilitating DDoS attacks, port scanning, or network intrusions on third parties
  • Distributing, hosting, or transmitting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
  • Operating bots involved in fraud, scams, or financial crimes
  • Hosting bots that facilitate the sale or distribution of illegal drugs, weapons, or contraband
  • Facilitating human trafficking, exploitation, or abuse of any person
  • Running botnets or coordinating mass automated abuse campaigns
  • Cryptocurrency mining or any unauthorised use of shared computing resources
  • Operating bots that violate privacy laws (GDPR, COPPA, etc.) by collecting data without consent
  • Hosting bots used to harass, stalk, doxx, or threaten individuals
  • Any activity that violates local, national, or international law

We actively monitor for abuse and cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies when required by law. If you become aware of any illegal activity on our platform, report it immediately to abuse@ryokcloud.space.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Ryok Cloud will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

Service Availability & Uptime

Ryok Cloud targets 99.99% uptime across all paid plans. We perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice wherever possible. Unplanned outages will be communicated via our status page at status.ryokcloud.space.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including Discord API outages, upstream network failures, or force majeure events.

Refund eligibility for significant downtime is handled on a case-by-case basis by our support team.

Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any violation of these Terms. In cases of illegal activity, termination is immediate and without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryok Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Ryok Cloud in the 90 days preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
